About
Actually, my name is Daphne.
Hi!
I’m a mom of four amazing kids (everybody says that, right?) and wife to one good man.
Together we’ve built this life (and house) out here in the South Texas brush country.
We like it out here.
We were both raised in this area of Texas and though we’ve both lived other places, this is home. This is where we wanted to raise our family.
And so we are.
For the past 18 years I have been a wife, learning to keep a home clean, a garden alive and thriving (sometimes), and keep a husband happy with delicious and healthy meals.
Fourteen years ago I became a mother and my whole world changed.
My focus became my son and then three daughters followed. I learned a lot about pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding.
Then health suddenly became the most important thing and God began showing me ways to take care of my family.
These are things I want to share with you.
