Hey, There!
I’m Just A Little Mom.
Who I am:
My name is Daphne. I’m a mom and a wife and a disciple of Jesus.
My passion is my home and my family.
I really love cleaning (crazy, right?), I love cooking (mostly), and I’m crazy about my children.
I’m also very passionate about holistic health. I’m not a doctor (disclaimer) but I know a lot about supplements, diet, natural remedies, and the holistic lifestyle.
The more I learned the more I began to incorporate holistic practices into my parenting and this led me to home birth, become unabashedly passionate about breastfeeding, and research every single thing concerning my babies. Including vaccines (but more about that later…)
I have homeschooled for over 10 years and know a lot about homeschooling, curriculum, and learning styles.
I’m also a writer who stumbled into digital marketing and learned how to build websites for businesses. (Phew!)
There’s more about me, like the fact that I can skin a snake, I love my grandma, and I’m very politically opinionated, but hopefully you’ll stick around to read more about that stuff.
Where I’m From:
I was born and raised in Texas (for the most part.) Texas is my home and I’m proud to be from this great state! I mean, have you ever met a Texan who was not proud to be a Texan?!
My second home is Tennessee and it’s one of the most beautiful states in the US. I love the down home, southern feel and the gorgeous landscape. The music and the people will always have a special place in my heart. After all, this is where I met Jesus and the people I call family.
I lived there for 5 years before returning to Texas and I go back and visit at least once a year.
But my home will always be Texas, South Texas to be more specific.
I’m from a little town just south of San Antonio, where cactus grows, the people wear cowboy boots, everybody knows a little bit of Spanish, and Tex-Mex food is 100 percent of our diet.

My Mission
“To share my life and my experiences with other moms and help them create beautiful, healthy lives for their families and realize that they are so much more than just a little mom.”
The hand that rocks the cradle is the hand that rules the world. – William Ross Wallace
